Store Policies theDROstore Policy: - Return accepted for exchange or refund within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping return.
- Upon receipt of the purchased item and if you find that article is not as expected, you may return it to us for refund or exchange.
- Refund will be less re-stocking charge which is 8% of purchased price.
- Return article should be packed properly and when possible, please provide tracking number.
- Refund or exchange will be processed after receipt of the return. However, we are flexible and other arrangement can be worked out on a case by case basis. This whole process may take a while, please allow some time to resolve the issue.
- In rare cases, when the article arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. If the carton box is damaged, it should be highlighted to the delivery man upon receipt.
- Please try to take some photos that can be used as proof and help us to claim for compensation from the shipper.
- In some cases, we may request you to return the damaged article to us. We will compensate you for shipping return.
- A replacement unit will be sent to you at our cost.
- As the whole process may take a while, please allow some time for us to resolve the issue.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Warranty - please refer to the item description. Where warranty is applicable, it would be specified in the item description page.
