  Note: We always refer to linear scale by the travel length and not the overall length. Select one that match the travel of your lathe, mill, mill-drill, bench top mill, EDM, grind, etc.

Metric: 100, 120, 150, 170, 200, 220, 250, 270, 300, 320, 350, 370, 400, 420, 450, 470, 500, 520, 550, 570, 600, 620, 650, 700, 720, 750, 770, 800, 850, and 900 mm.

Inches: 4, 4.7, 6.5, 8.5, 10.5, 12.5, 14.5, 16.5, 18.5, 20.5, 22.5, 24.5, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36".

For lathe, we provide a aluminium coolant guard specially made for the lathe cross slide. The back plate is first mounted on the cross slide. And the linear scale is mounted on this back plate. That make the job much easier!

Factory make a wide range of linear scales to fit your machines -

• MS5 Microscale is suitable for use where space is tight (top slide of a lathe). Available from 100 mm to 500 mm travel length. It has the smallest profile.
• MS6 Slim scale has a slightly bigger profile than MS5 Microscale, but cost less.
• MS2 Ultra are long scales designed to withstand machine vibration. Available from 1150 to 2000 mm travel length.
• Factory also make linear scales with travel from 2000 mm to 3000 mm. Please contact me for more information.
• Install the coolant guard to protect the linear scale from coolant/chips.
